Craig Gatford from Dumfries in Scotland had a very special day winning 'Supreme Modena' with a yellow schietti young cock. The result was all the sweeter as Craig had bred the bird in only his second year of breeding Modenas. Craig is not one of those who will sit back after his big win and already has plans to continue his winning ways in 2008.

Show Secretary Graham Giddings had a busy day around the show but still found time to have the strongest team of Modenas winning the most points
