Ian McGarr from Cumbria is the latest youngster in the Modena Club
Ian Has stock from D Barraclough and Paul Clark and won a NPA with his black adult hen at Blackpool in January 2009.
He also was awarded Young Fancier of the Year 2008 by the National Pigeon Association
